| Payment: We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Shipping: Items are usually shipped within a few days of ordering, as soon as payment has cleared. We use UPS Ground or the U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Drums cost between $10 and $ 30 to ship within mainland U.S. ( insured ) Ordering: Orders may be placed via e-mail, over the phone or by mail. We welcome inquiries and we will gladly let you know which drums are in stock. We can also send digital images of the drums in stock via e-mail. Warranty: All our instruments come with a lifetime warranty on the shell. This covers splitting, failed glue joints or other damage due to poor materials or workmanship. The same applies to the rings. Drum heads and rope will need to be replaced eventually, how soon depends on the care the instrument receives. Under normal use a skin can last for years before it has to be changed, rope is usually changed every second or third time that the head is replaced. We guarantee skin and rope for three months from the date of shipping. This warranty is voided in the case of accidental damage, negligence or over- tightening. All instructions in the 'tuning, care and maintenance' page must be followed for the warranty to apply. Should the instrument not match the description on these pages or the customer can reasonably claim any defects, the drum may be returned or exchanged at no cost to the customer. When a drumhead eventually needs to be replaced, we will perform the work and provide the materials at cost. We will also repair accidental damage to any of our drums, caused by the customer, at cost. Refunds: Should the customer not be completely satisfied, an instrument may be returned for a full refund within three days of delivery, provided it is in pristine condition. Items may also be exchanged for any of our other products within the same period. All shipping costs for returns and exchange will be charged to the purchaser unless instrument arrived damaged or does not match description on these pages. |
